I have booked this hotel twice for my husband this year. Both times Sandy answered the phone and I was completely blown away with how she made the experience amazing. I book a lot of hotels and have never had someone put so much heart and effort into helping me with my reservation needs. This is a very busy hotel and I am so impressed that Sandy took the time to give such superb service. I asked my husband what he thought of his room and he said it was clean and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. He is looking forward to staying there again."
